Liverpool were quality and having just watched a poor Everton side at home to United. WBA are also in that catagory of poor. Good atmosphere at the ground but there seemed a resignation of anything we get from this game is a bonus. Crowd moaned about the penalty. I support neither side and did think it was a penalty. Anywhere else on the pitch its a foul and no one bats an eye lid. Because it results in a penalty everyone thinks its acceptable to foul in the box and go un punished. Luis Suarez is quality and great moevement. With better finishing from hm on the day the score line would have been far more emphatic.

It sticks in the throat but have to admit that having seen Man U v Everton earlier this was a better game and Suarez is a class act. Good atmosphere in the ground and not a bad stadium. Settled for a burger after the game.
