Went up with Hibs, Steve and Lee. After picking Steve up from Jim Birds, we made our way to meet Hibs and Lee at Hibs. After making good time on the journey up there we decided to stop at Blackpool and have a quick look along the front. Unfortunately due to the time of year and weather most of the stuff was shut so we settled for some chips and a rubbish cup of tea in a chip shop. We then drove to Morecombe and drove around the town there. Just before we left, Steve decided to abuse some bloke paying to park in the car park when there was hundreds of on road spaces. The walk to the ground was pretty rubbish as it decided to rain just as we parked up. The ground looks great from the front, but isnt that great in-side although the stands apart from one are fairly neat and tidy. The game was ok but not great. Both teams tried to play passing football but didnt really create anything. The journey home was good as we stopped at a Toby Carvery at Stoke and then played two name games in which there was only only winner! We also had the ITFC game to keep in touch with. At half time we were really fed up as we were two nil down at Barnsley and facing our eighth succesive defeat, we then discussed about every possibility once Jewell was sacked. Then while in the pub we scored five in the second half and won 3-5. Funny old game as they say. We were home by 10.30 and glad to have one more off the list meaning Steve and i only have one more to do again.

Went up with Pagey,Hibbs and bomber. Had a good run upto Blackpool so stopped off to Have a tray off chips. These were much needed as the weather was being unkind ! Made our way to Morecombe and had a drive up and down the seafront. Drove into a carpark where some bloke was checking how much it was to park, fairly normal you may think, but not when there are hundreds of free spaces just outside the carpark on the road ! Some people ! Cant remember to much of the game, which says it all really. Had a Toby carvery at Stoke on the way home which was lovely and Town beat Barnsley 5-3 which was an added bonus as we were 2-0 down at half time ! 1 more ground left then Pagey and I have completed the 92 once again !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ghout stayed over mine & Pagey and Steve arrived surprisingly on time - My turn to drive and rather ironic that I drove to Christie Park when ITFC played them in Fa Cup all those years ago. The question we were all asking ourselves on the way, was wtf are we doing going to this game. However, can understand Pagey & Steve wanting to go so Brighton vs ITFC is their 92nd ground. Went via Blackpool on the way, to see the sea, hear seagulls and have chips at the front, as is compulsory oh and of course reminisce about our wend in Blackpool a few years back and see the GR8 Hotel!! Got to ground about 14:30 - Ground is OK but only 3 sides really - Game was not great but would not say it was a boring nil nil. Went via Toby Carvery in Stoke on way home to break up the journey. Barnard has to have the prize for joke of the day with his Graham Alexander Bell joke... Good work... Steve Steve Steve Barnard.

Went with Hibs, Steve and Pagemeister to this game. Having stayed at Hibs the previous evening after attending a family meal in Bury we were off at 8am. Surprisingly I got to sit in the front (I think mainly because Rob wanted to avoid be driven to distraction by Hibs). The long journey actually went reasonably quickly, we had a stop for an hour or so in Blackpool but the intended ride on the big dipper didn''t happen as it was closed. Guys got some chips before we headed off to Morecambe. Had a drive round for a while before parking next to ground which was lucky considering it was fucking freezing and had just started to rain. Ground was ok but incomplete with one side not really counting as a stand. No atmosphere at all and the game itself was dull with nothing memorable of note. It finished 0-0. Journey back also went quick with a nice stop in Stoke on Trent for a Tobey Carvery meal. Enjoyed the trip overall and a nice distant ne marked off the list.
