Match no. 819. Hammers led 2-0 with both goals from Paul Kitson when they were awarded a penalty. It was somehow decided that Kitson should take it (to complete his hat-trick) rather than regular penalty taker John Hartson. Almost inevitably his kick was saved by Neville Southall and Everton came back to win a point. Harry Redknapp was not amused!
