I had visited the ground before for pre-season friendlies (including against Forest) whilst I worked up in Nottingham over the summer. I had been to see competitive fixtures at Forest before but this was my first one at County. I had forgotten my reference number to buy home tickets so decided to buy a ticket at the turnstile in the away end which was easy enough and had a very nice view at the front of the stand amongst the very vocal and passionate Bradford City fans. The game itself only really sprung into life late on in either half with Matt Duke producing a stunning save when it looked harder for County to miss and then in Stoppage time when Arquin missed an open goal from 3 yards. This meant the game went to extra-time and this was decided by a stunning curling effort from James Hanson sending the travelling support wild. Overall a fairly enjoyable game at a reasonable price!
